The official statement says: Racecourse patrons may now bring their laptop computers, iPADs and other electronic devices onto NSW thoroughbred racecourses from today (Thursday, 19 August 2010) without restriction.Racing NSW recognises the numerous reasons that people use electronic devices in their daily lives which may or may not include wagering. However, racegoers are reminded that RNSW Stewards may require access to information from their laptop or other electronic devices or records, to assist with inquiries being conducted by the Stewards.
