Someone pulled the chain on jockey Josh Adams and stable girl Claudia Miller while they were apparently enjoying each other's company in a toilet cubicle of a Sydney mid-city 'venue'...Well, this is the story that's emerged from an official inquiry into the incident. It's led to Josh and Claudia copping a stern warning from Chief Stipe Ray Murrihy. Troubled Josh is currently serving a seven-month suspension for a prohibited substance. The cubicle encounter is said to have happened on the ever of his suspension. It appears that Josh and Claudia were 'removed' from the inner city licensed premises at or around 11:50pm in circumstances regarded by hotel security staff as being suspicious, namely that they were found together in a cubicle in the male toilets. The washup is that no charges have been paid but the pair has been told about the need for appropriate conduct by licensed persons. Josh will return to race riding on Nov 5.
