RACING New South Wales stewards have subpoenaed telephone and text records

Racing NSW stewards have subpoenaed telephone and text records from a number of key people in the their continuing probe into the Gai Waterhouse/John Singleton split. Racing NSW CEO Peter V'Landys also said the records of a  number of "pertinent" people to next Monday's inquiry had been subpoenaed under the Telecommunications Act. V'Landys told Channel 7 News Racing NSW has also subpoenaed the betting records from all major wagering betting operators, including records from Betfair, where punters can lay a horse to lose.
